I was in Ormiston over the weekend and came across this shop and thought to give it a go.

Foyer looked clean enough + they had a bowl of mixed lollies on the counter for those with a sweet tooth. Just be mindful that the doorbell is really LOUD when you enter!

Was greeted by an avg looking (perhaps late twenties) asian ML wearing glasses with a tight dress complementing her ample cleavage.
Massage prices offer was standard $50/30m $60/45m $70/1h.

Room looked clean under the dim light and didn't smell off/musty. Massage was OK but the teasing and stroking before the flip was better. Extras offered were standard pines: $50/hj $100/NHJ $150/CBJ + bodyslide etc. I chose to only go for the HJ but she pushed for more extras which I politely declined, was then offered CBJ + Bodyslide for $100 which I took (assume business is not booming currently). Afterwards while getting dressed she removed the bed-sheet and fitted a new one which was a first for me, maybe other shops do it afterward?

Went to this place a long long time ago. Was a quite attractive Chinese milf there but all promises and no delivery so never returned

Girl said her name was Alice. She confirmed two other girls was working as well that day, Emily and Rebecca, which was already booked.
I asked about other girls and she confirmed that there is multiple different girls working at different days in the week and these gets swapped with the sister-shop in the CBD, but would not provide any additional details about the other shop or provide a roster for the girls.

Tried Rebecca recently as she was the only one available when I visited. Definitely 40+.
Nice boobs, a little bit of fat on the tummy, but overall good body for her age.
Prices in the expected range. I didn't bother to negotiate, this is not my strength, but for same price much better options in Carina.
I'll specifically look for and book Alice next time.
