Been there a half a dozen times now (mostly to see Rena), the place is growing on me, the rooms are clean/spacious, they have different girl pretty much every day (see moments). Heaps of free car parks at the nearby YMCA/BCC watersports centre.

Added bonus: since they're at Acacia Ridge (Beaudesert Rd) there are heaps of industrial estates and petrol stations catering for trucks, I tank 30-50c cheaper (per litre) than where live (around Mt Gravatt).
