as for the Mints rosters I'll be sticking to the known good performers, the girls that have been on the rosters for an extended period.

I think it takes two months for a non-performer to get discovered by management. For the first month the 'new' girls get the benefit of being called 'new new'. After the first month it's obvious they don't get any return bookings. Whereas the punters knows before the end of a booking that they wont be seeing that provider again.
