How often you crave it vs how often you get it?

Basically the topic of this thread is -

How often does your fix last before you crave to punt again - versus how often you actually do punt.

Myself, a great punt can usually keep me fixed up to 2 weeks. I punt on average 2-3x per month which is in line with the fix.

Anything approaching 3 weeks and I need to get fucked cos I start getting cynical and aggressive towards people.

I punt at minimum once a week, but usually 2-3 times. Have even been known to punt twice in one day when I'm really craving it.
Anything more than 5 days without it and I'm getting horngry.

Yeah just realised a couple weeks ago I have this what call porn and death grip syndrome happen cause contains mastubarte and porn , look it up and find couple way to rewind the brain or healing now 1 month with out porn , thirst traps sometime can’t really avoid all of it , mastubarte is almost gone from everyday now more like if im not or im really horny the study allow 1-2 time a week mastubarte but I’m never really have it 2 time a week most is 1 time and I’m feel much better hope everyone who suffer the same thing can heal as well

Well I never or ever addicted to punting so porn probally
But recently been craving more usually I set my self 2 time a month I think this month will be 1 a weeks well only because im still have my mischievous budget left to do it

I've got the money , whether it's an addiction .. not so sure. In late 60s and single , what else is there to live for ? Currently in Melbourne about to have a session with one that posts on Tik Tok . Funny honest posts as someone who fucks for bucks .
