I don't know about the others but I was humiliated three times in two weeks, On Monday 9 March I had booking with the house and was unfortunately 5 minutes late and till I claimed the stairs 7 minutes. And my appointment was given someone else. So the receptionist has preached me about their rules as I should not be late. OK the Wednesday 11 March I was there 15 minutes early and again my appointment was not ready for me so I was disappointed and asked to go with another appointment but the one which was late did come after 5-10 minutes late and just dragged me from the other appointment as the management did not let me to cancel the late one. And that would be Ok if on Friday 13 March another booking was for a time as I wanted but it didn't work again and I was on another appointment. The worst happened Monday 16 March I was at my booking at 15 to 10 am and I was told to seat down she will be ready for the appointment 10:11 am and no one even comes to tell me what is going on. I left furious and asked the manager for full membership refund as I just joined membership. The woman SARA is a very bad liar as she was telling me that the appointment was not there. What a liar, she has no moral and/or dignity to admit that they were wrong and refund my membership as I do not want to go back there. I hope who ever reads this will learn from my mistake. DO NOT GO THERE, as there are other houses with better and more affordable services at others houses, look around.
