If you’ve ever had a break, or you’ve given it up completely, what was your reason(s)? Health? Financial? Missus found out? Just sick of it? Fell in love?

Didnt punt between 2018 through to late 2022. Why? Didn't want to as focusing on other things in life.

For me, it kind of started with one reason but now it's morphed into multiple different ones.

It's all too transactional for me. You just ask for the service upfront, agree on the price, and it is done. There's nothing impromptu about it.

In the past it would happen in the heat of the moment and not with every girl I met. I would always tip a big amount in the end nonetheless, usually even more than the above "price range", but payment for it was never explicitly spoken about before it happened.

What's even more scary about the current situation is it would affect every one of us in the scene. The butterfly effect!

The distinction is in his imagination. What happened was J girls flooded the market after covid and they were nonchalant about bbfs so it was on offer to everyone, no challenge. Agree with many of the above. Age and loss of sensation, libido all play their part as good reasons to quit or take a break. The early days were by far the best, ultra sensitive, full of new situations and helped by being young, handsome and in better shape, which often meant much better chemistry with certain girls and the occasional unexpected freebies. It's not just you, brother. The quality definitely took a dive post COVID, if I compare to 2015 - 2020, there is an even bigger contrast. Quality of girls has gone down while prices continue to rise and the VFM has fallen off. For me, it's more difficult than ever to find a hidden gem, I almost feel like there's none left.

Like andrewv said, service feels commoditise. Post Covid I was punting heavily and always had a couple of sugar babes on the side. Had a couple of regulars atthe shops as well with whom service felt more like a horny girlfriend but even that after a while lost its appeal. Knew girls outside the shops, became friends with WLs and was living in a whole alternative universe in comparison to what’s considered normal. Combination of things. Time, money not as readily available.
Quality of service, difficulty booking. Had over half a dozen sessions cancelled or wrong girl allocated this year already.
Some of the biggest and most spruiked shops on here have done it to me.

I do still have my go to fav at a massage shop who I see every few weeks (for 4 years now) and I have found 3 or 4 excellent J Girls at very good prices in Massage shops who fulfil all my needs but they were only here for 3-6 months before going interstate.
