Wondering if anyone knows how girls new to the industry get training in massage ?

In New Zealand some massage shops offer a double . Experienced girl leads the way with the newbie , using the punte as the crash test dummy massage . Anyone know if something similar is on offer here at any shops?

Simple answer is they are really trained but they might pick up a few things that punter say they like. I’ve had some training in massage and reflexology and will sometimes give girls a massage if it clicks or sometimes if I think someone needs some guidance like the smaller girls that almost hit rather than applying steady pressure

Some owners show a video to the very inexperienced girls so they have a Some idea, then the senior girls educate them.
