Have yet to do a double, but time and cost are exactly the same as their normal rate - you pay their usual rate for their usual time.
Only additional cost would be if you want them to interact with each other (ie lesbian double), which I see is usually $100 extra.
That's $100 extra per individual (so if you have two girls, it's $200 = pay them each $100).
Just note that not all girls who do double do lesbian double.
Difficulty would be lining up timing to get them at the same time - talk to reception, and probably best to be a bit flexible with your own availability.

ed would be best to confirm, but I'd say generally better to know both girls beforehand and the girls know each other (though at this point, pretty sure all the girls available for doubles+ with each other obviously know each other, and have done doubles with ed).

Spot on mate. With normal doubles, not seeing them before is ok as they don't interact with each other. That's a good option if you want all the attention on you. But I really love seeing girls go after each other so opt for les and that's when knowing at least one makes for a better sesh.

I have never done a double. I never really have two naked girls, one kissing and one sucking me. It will be so much fun. Only thing is that I am not confident with my energy level to handle two girls. If I cum early, it will be a shame.

If that were the case, Ginza would be costing themselves money - why discount for a double or triple booking when they could instead sell that time with those girls separately for full freight?

My understanding is the “room rate” is an all-encompassing term for everything the house provides - from condoms to lube, to water, power, rent, security, reception etc. A lot of those things are needed twice as much for double booking.
