Looking at the forums previously, seems like this is an old venue previously known as chequers.

I could be wrong but it seems to be having a resurgence on WeChat? And possible same owners as Ocean Noir?

Anyone know what the deal with them is. The roster of girls this week's seem decent tbh (based on the pics anyway).

I wish this forum could allow you to tag users... LOL I thinks ABs90 can give more info but yea i agree the setup is certainly very interesting though i wonder what the value proposition and business model is.
I think both ginza and no42 have some rooms with a big spa and bathtub but not in use, meanwhile Mirage seems to excel and specialise in Nuru so is this new place a hybrid mix of all this? Sex in a hot jacuzzi down wine and champagne certainly sounds nice but once you add that all in sounds more tailored to the big spenders.

Roma is a hidden gem it could be the next CBD360 in my opinion. I never saw chequers but there seems to be a lot of mixed reviews between those days and now. The rennovation is very nice, the rooms are big and clean plus you get free parking after 3pm. Spa, Sauna, Steam room, snow room, massage, pedicure, cupping, proper nuru beds and free toasted sandwiches. Its a fantastic looking shop which more people need to see in person.

Yean Ocean and Roma are same owners.
The prices on Ocean Noir website are not 100% yet, some changes still need to be made. It will be a brothel and erotic massage shop but have a bunch of extra add ons for different services or for room upgrades. Some rooms have spas, pleasure chairs, steam rooms, wet massage tables.

It does but cant get through to it, all the shops and the pub have junk and stuff in the alley way. I will try and get it cleaned up sometime
