Aliexpress since they tend to have the best quality for a decent price, otherwise if you do go to Japan buy them there
Shops here will clean your wallet out similar to our local amazon and the quality just isn't great
If you have a thing for stockings/garter belts, then they are super cheap and sometimes I will just leave them with the girls to wear for other punters :)

As for size I tend to stick to M, fits most of the girls i've seen without issues, they tend to have some adjustment zippers/straps.
Stockings don't really have sizes and tend to be one size fits all so they are easy to buy
