The one in Nana? Been there few years back, saw YoYe. I only did the 2 hrs twin hole massage and it was great. Can't say about the toys and prostate stuff, but the milking and edging was heavenly, and great massage too.

You might also consider the (in)famous Tulip, Thong Lor BTS, Sukhumvit/Soi 55, on the right hand side heading away from Nana, basically underneath the station.
