Spoke to the (mosh) doctor this week.
Was asking about dapoxetine for PE, we discussed the relatively expensive nature of that service, he suggested paroxetine rather than dapoxetine for PE, mainly due to price.
Both are essentially anti-depressants, with paroxetine (super Kamagra, prilligy )being more fast acting and flushed out your system quickly (hours), whereas paroxetine you take a few hours prior, but takes longer to clear out your system. Google says it normally prescribed as a daily anti-depressant med, but I googled occasional use etc and said it was fine, I'm not sure tbh, idea of taking a strong med like this isn't exactly appealing.. anyone got experience of using paroxetine for PE
?

I stopped using Paroxetine for anxiety as it stopped me being able to have a normal orgasm.
Straight up cheated orgasms, ejaculation eventually, but no orgasm to go with it. Fucking sucked

Yeah my GP and I discussed similar thing. According to him as well the internet Paroxetine can take upto 2 weeks time to show actual effects and delayed ejaculation is technically a side effect. But for Dapoxetine it is prescribed for PE unlike Paroxetine which is prescribed for depression etc.

I personally have never used any anti-depressent but for me Dapoxetine doesn't make me numb and does exactly what I intend it to.

Yeah, was that daily use?
It seems like a sledgehammer to crack a nut

Geez, try googling "dapoxetine vs paroxetine". It's scary. Paroxetine sounds like the kind of drug that can make you suicidal. Gotta remember that these are SSRIs. The really do fuck with your brains and if you're not careful, you can be in real trouble.

Paroxetine needs to be taken daily to build up in your system, 2-3 weeks before it becomes effective at being a PE suppressant. And look at the side effects. Lowered libido, "emotional blunting".... Surely that's not something you'd want!

Better to go with dapoxetine at lower doses. Eg. Try half the full dose and see if it works for you. The key here is proper use, make sure you give it enough runway before sex and take it on an empty stomach.
