I want to make a thread about ways shops & MLs can improve a punt.

I get it - every shop, ML & punter is different - so YMMV - and there are laws & language barriers to nagivate, but so often I leave a 7.5/10 punt thinking, "if only XYZ happened/didn't happen" - and so much of it is an easy win.

For example in my most recent punt, the ML spent half an hour vigorously working my back with zero TT, then, on the flip - with lil man still very much soft - asked what extras I wanted. She could've put in half the effort, teased me for 30 minutes and I'd be throwing pineapples all over her for extras.

I'm also realistic that shops & MLs want as many customers as possible handing over as much cash as possible, and they aren't going to just do extra time or work for nothing.

I'm talking AMP only - not brothels - but what if there was a world where:

- Shop has photos of ladies online somewhere, with a score/category of how openminded they are for extras (given they can't publically advertise services)
- Shop doesn't double-up or overbook, but punters running late with no communication risk losing their booking to a walk-in
- Front and/or back entrance marked online with directions. If there's a shower available, it's mentioned online.
- Door off the street is always open so you don't have to stand there awkwardly at the front of an obvious AMP, but internally there is another door you can wait at for reception to let you in
- Reception & staff manage punters movements minimising chance of them bumping into each other
- Offer of bottle of water and breathmint on arrival
- Shop fee paid to mamasan
- Before massage starts - either ML or mamasan asks three questions: 1. "Did you have any specific services in mind you were hoping for today?" Options: a) Yes, X b) No c) Open-minded, see what happens. 2. "For your massage pressure do you want a) Firm, b) Medium, c) Light or d) Relaxing". 3. "Do you have any injuries or sore points to be aware of?". These 3 questions immediately improve majority of punts and put ML & punter on same page. If ML speaks bad english, mamasan asks. If everyone speaks bad english there's a printout with pointing. If punter wants FS but ML only does NHJ, it's clearly communicated. If punter wants NHJ but only CHJ is on offer, it's communicated. If punter doesn't care or is open minded, the ML can offer upfront or on the flip.

- Part 1 begins. As per request with some TT. Oil offered. The closer to the flip, the more TT. 30-50% of time on Part 1.

- Extras discussed & commenced. Regardless - the service is slow-paced. Punters go to AMPs to be pampered and lay back and relax. For me, half of the session should be spent on P2.
