I have to see an opthamologist in that area every few months for nearly 5 years and it was a dog grooming place and also offered haircuts. I used to think it was just the sort of place that you would expect to see an RNT shop and sure enough it happened. They still have the dog grooming sign at the back so I don't know if that is still operating or not, quite odd if it is.
