I have a pair of these with a WL for filming once. I would not recommend it. It's rather uncomfortable and the WL still shy from the cameras fear of being recognized.

You better off finding someone who don't mind camera at all. There are plenty options out there especially J girls.

Same question I would ask but it's hard. You might be better off travel to Thailand or Philippines you may come across girls willing to do it.
