West Massage (formerly Vivi Massage) is no longer the same shop it used to be.

Although the Google listing has not been updated, the shop signage has already been changed to Weststar Massage.

Their WeChat and Locanto roster pages have stopped being updated, and it's very difficult to reach anyone by phone. Most of the time, communication is only possible via SMS.

Since Vivi left, all of the staff who worked there during her time have resigned. These days, there are usually only 1–2 older Chinese ladies working there, generally aged 50+, with very limited English.

If you're visiting based on reviews or experiences from the Vivi Massage days, I'd suggest adjusting your expectations, as the shop is completely different from what it once was.

If the rumours are true, not for very much longer.

You can try calling or asking about the roster yourself. Most likely you'll be given two different names — one Thai and one Chinese — but in reality they're usually the same older Chinese lady. Quite often nobody answers the phone at all, and messages sent via WeChat generally go unanswered as well.

Sent a couple of messages today asking who was working. Two girls replied, so I thought there would at least be a few options.

Turned up and found only one girl there. She said she was 30, but she looked at least 50. I thanked her and left.

I've seen quiet shops before, but this was something else. If this is their normal roster now, I can't imagine they'll be around for much longer.

Seems like theres an orchestrated play by someone to try and take over the premises when it goes bust
