First time failing a health check?!

Today went into a shop I frequent a lot.

Was ready for the standard health check when all of a sudden the girl repulsed and said I have herpes and she can't service me.

When I asked what? where?? she pointed at my Fordyce spots I have on my foreskin.

I tried explaining what it was, and I don't blame her, they do resemble it ever so slightly, but I have had multiple doctors examine me and confirm its benign fordyce spots.

Just wondering if anyone else has ever been refused a health check due to lifelong skin tags before?

Again, don't blame the girl, better safe then sorry I suppose.

I've heard similar stories before, and trying to argue or explain would also suck and I guess would feel like some sort of injustice because you know it's not an actual STI or anything contagious.
But yeah, even if the girls knew what skin tags were, they're not doctors who could tell at a glance what some little bumps are. Better for them to be safe.

I think I have what you described but never have been refused. It’s barely noticeable for me and you would have to have your eyes really close up to see it. Since I was a teen I thought it was smegma that somehow got under the skin. Yes, I was a dirty teen.

These spots are genuinely microscopic, and not only that, they aren't on the surface of the skin, they are hidden in a tiny fold in the foreskin when it is about 3/4ths of the way retracted.

The fact she even saw it actually is quite comedic. However, happy to see someone who does the due diligence with the health check.
