It’s very unlikely you’ll find any Singaporeans in the industry (unless they are doing private freelancing). It’s mostly Chinese, Thai or Filipinos.

Closest you could find to a Singaporean are Malaysian girls.

Just work through the list and you will find businesses like Cuppage Wellness where they have photos of their staff. Photos will be very accurate in general. Booking usually via WhatsApp. You will pay for 60 or 90 minute massage. Around 2/3 of the time they will give the indication of extra or you can ask. They won’t take their clothes off (in general) but you will get a breast feel. They are very conscious of getting caught. First visit will be like this, subsequent visits will open up other opportunities. After seeing a girl a couple of times exchanging numbers and a private isn’t out of the question depending on whether she is open to it, and much more can happen this way.
