I was asked to transfer before booking for Ginza as a 1st time customer. Is that normal?

If you have to ask your dick is really doing all the thinking

Transfer money? Sounds odd. Maybe if you booked a 4hr orgy it would make sense.

Never lay by card. It's a data trial back to you.

That's how they found that guy that was charged with rape aftwr 2 year by a ML from a shop on Parramatta road, annndale. Luckily he was found not guilty

Luckily? lmao your a strange little man

Unfortunately things like this are hard to prove 2 years after the fact, but sounding relieved for the guy is a bit odd to me.

Always pay cash when punting, never park at the front of the place.... walk a few blocks. Use a private number or another phone when you call.the place.

People I know have met some crazy women while punting. You only need just the one wrong girl to fuck up for life because you touched her and you didn't know it was an extra $50 so it's rape now.

Lol, you're so naive. Do you know the meaning of "precedent"? Check it out (without the double quotes please, and make sure you go for the legal meaning). It's all the rage among the lawyers, judges and legal types.

Legal terminology can be a fucken minefield....but for bro IDOTHAT there's different types of precedent and think of like this:

Binding precedent is like the boss lady of a chain of massage shops issues a rule: standard rate is $60/30mins and $80/1hr. Extras are negotiated in the room. Every shop has to enforce it. They don't get to make exceptions because the order came from the top.

Persuasive precedent is like hearing another shop across the road offers all an inclusive package deal with rawdog thrown in for $80/1hr. Other shop isn't required to copy it, but they'd be pretty foolish to ignore it if it clearly works better.

curious what 'precedent' has to do with anything though?

hahaha this is actually a great analogy.

While some might feel the need for a "Cloak & Dagger" MO, "Peaceful Coexistence" with mutual RESPECT works for me. I rely on my looks and my personality, with emphasis on one of those.

I agree on using cash. I don't use a CC, not to avoid leaving a paper trail, simply to minimize CC exposure to fraud, skimming, etc. Besides, I like dealing "direct" and most girls don't carry a CC reader. I also don't consider them a bank so I have a range of bills so they don't have to make change.

I do walk a couple of blocks to the shop, not as a protection to hide identity, but simply out of necessity, having used public transport.

Considering I don't "blend in", even if a shop didn't have security cameras at entrances, what with any number of public security cameras, I think it would be very easy for LE to trace me given a time and location of appearance. No need for disguises.

As to the "stealth communication"... a few shops/providers have my mobile number, and many have my WeChat/Line "number". I'm too lazy and don't feel the need to create "alternate" accounts. One for both "civilian" AND "business" sufficient. Never had a problem, and I enjoy the convenience - no mournful whining of "where is...?" To those concerned about receiving unsolicited messages, IME a simple, polite "Don't call me, I'll call you" sufficient. After all, what business wants to alienate a good customer?

Because it IS just BUSINESS. I don't want, nor do I allude to, anything else. Dating, freebies, personal relationship... my ego is content with simply transactional BUSINESS. Any perks are due to frequent flier status, as in any business. Since there's no doubt about my masculinity, no need to go all alpha. The provider can relax, not having to tiptoe around on eggshells, afraid of damaging a fragile male ego; most say I'm funny. Now, I understand that's maybe because they find it amusing that I think I still have the stamina of a 50 year old, but I prefer to think it's because I don't take things seriously, there to have fun, nothing to "prove". (One did say she'd grade me after we were finished - "excellent", and that was after I'd paid her.)

Certainly, as in any business, there are scammers and schemers, but, IME, few and far between. Knowing how to read a room, being smart enough to avoid minefields and barbwire entanglements (going around, not thru) works for me. YMMV

PS: for the "Cloak & Dagger" contingent, make sure you use standard counter-surveillance techniques to avoid being followed when you leave; YOU just can't be too careful. For the rest, just leave her smiling.

who did you end up seeing for you first time

on all the card/cash/stealth stuff i just pay cash cause it's basically every shops preference, I've seen some places have like a 10-15% surcharge to deter card payments

This! I learned my lesson after seeing that surcharge. I have had to pay by card one time and saw that ridiculous amount on top. Later on, was given the option to just do transfer. But still.

Good tip to remember, cash is king.

If that judgement went the girl's way, it sets a precedent for future cases like that. This is especially important for cases where it isn't exactly black and white. It's all just "she said, he said" from 2 people alone in a room.

You're also a punter same as the guy in that case. Who's to say that you won't encounter a girl who accuses you of the same thing? No matter how good you are as a customer, if a girl just wanted to get you in trouble and knew about this judgement, you're truly fucked.
