I would avoid this place, there is no professionalism.

Made a 11am booking for 1hr , waited 30minutes and got told the girl will take another 30 minutes to come and I had to cut my booking down to half hour . Ended up walking , wasted 35minutes driving and tolls

Shame to hear that. I always have a rocking good time there. I never book, just take whats going in the lucky dip prize box. That way you get what you get and don't get upset! Works for me anyway.

I agree with you. False advertising, terrible service. Never had a good experience there
