Dodgy Bank Transfer Request

Was keen to try out a lesbian double based on positive reviews on here. Called up on July 31 to book for Aug 1 and guy who answered waved me off and said to message him. Sent two messages with no response so called again and was told I needed to make a bank transfer to book. Did some research (asked an AI) and was told this was very dodgy. While I donÂ’t trust AIs I also thought it was dodgy. I see 3 possibilities:
1. The guy was too lazy to make the booking - Ginza should replace .
2. Guy was trying to scam me with bank transfer request - Ginza should replace him and possibly report him to police in case someone is actually scammed.
3. This is GinzaÂ’s actual process. In which case you should replace it - I decided to just go a double at number 5 (no lesbian option available 😢) and it was easily booked over text.

Has anyone else had this happen to them at Ginza? Is it normal or am I right to be suspicious?

There’s nothing dodgy about this practice for a busy shop, they have to protect their interest too.

I had a friend who used to have a busy in/outcall agency, there were lots of phantom bookings that would never turn up, maybe from vandals with nothing better to do or from opposition saboteurs, so they had to demand payment first before booking for unknown customer, because the time slot can not be filled immediately especially for an agency.

For a private girl, a prepaid booking can be dodgy, bacause she can disappear, but for a well established shop, they can’t go anywhere, and the money can be traced.

If a shop allows unknown customers to make bookings this way, that means they are not very busy or they are risks takers. I’m sure once you are known to the shop, this requirement will be waved.

If I had to guess, you tried to make a booking right as the rosters came out and the guys were busy as fuck, and you've never been there before?

I've never been asked for a deposit at Ginza, even with long sessions with in demand girls... but also the guys know I make a booking and I'm there on time, with cash, no fuss, no stress if things are running behind, and advance warning if I think I'll be even a minute late.

I can understand how it feels scammy, but you have to remember if you don't show, that's potentially a sizable chunk of cash the shop and girls lose by the time they wait for you and maybe don't get bookings for that time. How much of a deposit were they asking for?

Mostly reiterating what others said ..

Always best to SMS, the two guys on desk have to handle payments, manage all the rooms/session times, walk ins, phone bookings, feedback etc. The desk can be hectic sometimes and phone calls are super inconvenient if thereÂ’s a lot going on.

Deposit is not common, IÂ’ve only heard of it for new customers making expensive bookings or booking popular girls. If you were booking a les double as a new customer thatÂ’s like $700 min and tying up two girls. If you back out or were just someone making a fake booking to cause problems, it fucks over multiple girls when that time slot couldÂ’ve been given to someone else. Not saying you would do that but the deposit mitigates risk for the shop and girls.

As for it being dodgy, like said above itÂ’s dodgy if itÂ’s private girls on E&B or locanto or something, not a licensed well known and established business.

Reception guys def not lazy and donÂ’t want to make bookings, probably super busy
