View Full Version : General talk Sex workers wanting PR, but aside for the money, is Australia even that great
I've noticed a lot of sex workers (SWers) want PR. But it got me thinking about Australia, that is, aside for money, is Australia even that great?
I would never do it though but aside for the money, what's so good about Australia that SWers wanting PR is so common? Or is it just the money since I couldn't fathom growing up in an average country.
Edit: Only individuals satisfying both the criteria of 1) and 2) may answer this.
1) Australian citizenship through birthright
2) Raised in Australia.
You must have been dropped on the head as a baby. Australia ranks near the top of the world in any measurable metric, all sorts of people from all over the world want to live here, not just sex workers.

Hi,
You don't satisfy criteria 1), so your post is invalid.
My fucking great, great, great, great grandfather satisfied that criteria you dingus. I'm overqualified if anything.

Of course sex workers want PR, publicity, what business doesn't? It's the WHOLE reason this forum exists, word of mouth PR for sex workers. GEESH.:shout:

Arguably, wouldn’t the preferred respondents be those that have actually chosen to make Australia their home over somewhere else?
I was once told by a taxi driver in Adelaide that it was the best place on earth and he would never consider living elsewhere - turned out he had never left Adelaide. I didn’t doubt his commitment rather his data input.

I can understand this logic but also wouldn't it make sense to make money here and set yourself up back home to live an even more comfortable life back home?
A WL told me makes 40k AUD a month, imagine if she did that for quite a few years and bought a nice place in her home country and make a few investments that pay dividends in aud but she's just cashing in the cheque back in her home county where $10 aud can buy alot in SEA

Hi,
Those who choose to come here do so with a purpose in mind. Those who were born here without residential issues (citizenship via birthright which requires Australian citizenship parents) and raised here experiences the country in its raw form. Being raised in Australia without being born here doesn't count.

5th Generation Aussie here and it's good to see the One Nation dingbat voters show themselves.
If more people vote for One Nation next election Labor might make 100 seats.

Mr linq here probably never leave the shire in his life. Sorry, I take this back. It is disrespectful to people from the lovely neighbourhood. He probably busy wiping cow dung off his boots.
Australia is the richest country in the world. Yes, we whinge about house price and doing it tough everywhere. Yes, we are not perfect. But don't forget this, a lot of countries in this world do not have free medical care, education and access to clean water and there is absolutely no working opportunity. Precisely the reason why 50k people escaped from morocco to ceuta overnight.
Is Australia even that great?

Sydney at least is a good playground if you're rich, otherwise everything is becoming increasingly more K shaped.
Personally I am perplexed by the naivety of so many young people who think migrating to Australia will solve their problems.
And a foreign WL making so much cash tax free would be stupid to stay given the trend towards CBDCs and more stricter financial controls.

Jesus Christ 40K a month tax free. Now who wouldn't want that to keep going. Hence why wouldn't they want PR
Honestly the main draw for PR likely isn't to stay her forever regardless, no doubt it's to squeeze in as much of that high income time in to their prime years as possible. Hard to do that while juggling visas and worrying about being done by immigration with a pile of cash every time they fly back home I'd bet. Obviously there's a fair chance many decide it's damn nice being loaded in Australia and stick around, but I doubt it'd be a majority.

Yea but if she has the right visa, she can make bank here and go back home in her mid thirties and live as if she is a multi millionaire.
I know it absolutely burns me that I have to pay tax and these girls dont, if I didnt have to pay as much tax I would be well off

Perhaps you should learn by their example. Leave your home country, become an expat. From my understanding, like most countries, you stay out long enough, you don't pay Aussie taxes, or at least you only pay taxes on income (e.g. rent on your owned property) earned IN Ozland. Income earned outside is tax free.

To cease being a tax resident of Australia, you would generally need to depart Australia with the intention to live abroad for a minimum of 2 years, be accompanied by your immediate family/dependents, and have rented out or sold your home in Australia.
Easy, Peasy. Simple enough. You don't use any benefits of living in Australia, you don't pay taxes on the income where you're living (best if your employment is in a low tax/no tax country). Expat life can pay VERY WELL, with just a few inconveniences (dodging incoming - just keep your head down).

lol you'd think the answer would be pretty obvious and logicial but whats the point of starting this thread about whether Aus is good?
Are you helping the one nation campaign run some marketing and decided to collect some survey data on a punting about why ppl (in this case SW) want PR??
If you've been living in Aus for this long or born here or grew up here and haven't grown to appreciate Australia for what it is then why kick up a fuss on a punting forum and not just consider expat work or going to another country mate?
And mate do you wake up and look at the news and all the other countries around the world and whats happening? Yes recently the crime rates have gone up esp in melb but Aus overall is great compared to whats going on around the world and i feel blessed to be here.
Peace out... Aussie Aussie Ausssie Oi Oi Oi!!

I think your question has more to do with when they tried or got PR. I know of Thai WL who has bought PR, been in the country for more than 10 years, could retire tomorrow and live in anyone of 4 homes here or in Thailand. And I know of a more recent Vietnamese ML who was following the same route and found that she just couldn't make the payment schedule and survive in Sydney with the COL. The Australia will currently live in, whilst better than most, is ridiculously expensive if you are starting with nothing 😎

Actually, most crime is falling, including youth crime. The biggest rise is in retail theft, probably partly due to price gouging. A lot of recent rises in inflation are due to increased profits.
As for the OP's question, Australia is pretty awesome, especially comparing the living standards to many others in our region. I would've thought that was pretty obvious.

As someone who's done two 820/801 visa sponsorships, which is the lifetime limit. What's not to like about Australia. From people who have lived in Europe, US and Asia. They all want to move here. I have lots of UK and Dutch friends who now have PR here.
The main thing for Europeans is work life balance. From the US is also work life balance and Medicare.
Mat/Pat leave is another thing.
Worker rights.
The PBS, some people in the US are dying because they can't afford insulin.
Basically all the things that One Nation want to destroy so their billionaire friends can have more wealth and power.

I'm still for voting One Nation. One Nation voters value nation over money. We one nation voters don't need more money. This is a country where, so long as you stay on the straight and narrow, you can never be without. Only those who aren't sole Australian citizens would be opposed to One Nation leading this nation. I also believe in mandatory military service for our country to foster a sense of national unity and spirit, much like jury duty.

What a load of horseshit as my old mate DA would say!
Pauline Hanson doesn't give a shit about you and most of her supporters probably hate you. If you asked a ON supporter if they need more money do you think they'd say no? They're some of the poorest people in the country. Is the cost of living crisis due to people not staying on "the straight and narrow?
Have you found any actual ON policies yet?

I am interest in learning about your Christian morals and am seeking your guidance. I have a few questions, hoping you could provide some insight:
1. What is the maximum amount of brothel visits per week allowed, to remain a good Christian?
2.Do I need to propose the the WL before having sex?
3. Is it a sin to blow in the girls mouth?
4. When you cum and ejaculate, is this the same feeling as being in heaven?

Got a few things to say about this.
One, I have been offered money multiple times in brothels to be a visa husband. Each time it was around the $2-300,000 mark.
Two, AustraliaÂ’s great advantage over everywhere else is its multiculturalism. There are very few other countries that allow you to have multiple citizenship. People just talk about food when they discuss multiculturalism, but the real bonus is it brings in expertise and endeavour from those who retain links to other places, with such great blending of skills and cultural models. I am old enough to remember the white Australia policy. Vietnamese, Koreans, Indians, Chinese, have brought so much to make Australia the wealthiest country on earth. Which leads to point three.
By some measures, when you factor environment, potential and education, Australia is the richest country. You can do anything here if you really want to and not be hemmed in by the conservative restrictions of most societies. I have been to over 60 countries around the world. In every single country I have met people who are envious of AustraliaÂ’s freedoms and opportunities.
Four, critics of Australian direction - Murdoch, Rinehart (Hanson) Palmer, Stokes et al - are its richest people. Why? It is a question worth asking because what is their agenda?

Well, we need One Nation in power because we have a very loose and weak Australian identity. Pauline Hanson is the only person that can lead this charge. This is the next stage in Australia's multiculturalism experiment. Multiculturalism has propped up our nation but with how things have become where Australian citizens are identifying with race (including whites) as they feel a sense of displacement due to a lack of unity and societal cohesion, we now need to move to as Pauline Hanson puts it a monocultural but multiracial Australia. This is the correct evolutionary path in Australia in order to make every Australian feel at home in their own country.
We are now at a point where I believe we can unite under citizenship status and do away with fervent multiculturalism.
