Really depends upon your recovery.
Once you get control back with your pelvic floor exercises, then you can deal further with your ED.
Everyone is a bit different and there are numerous decisions to make along with you urologist.

A mate indicated that he has found a ml who is very interested in the subject.
He is slowly teaching her more about the male genital area so she can understand the actual changes in the make body and how she can help satisfy her clients.
he says he cant get hard even using blue pills, but this lady has learned some technics of how to do it and some toys which can help.

hopefully if/when the time comes I need that help I'll be able to find it.

One month after I had my prostate removed I visited WilsonÂ’s old Tokyo Cats in Maroubra. The gorgeous young Yoko gently massaged me and gave me a weak erection. She asked me to come back a few days later. She got my erection stronger with her mouth. On my third visit she got my erection strong enough to enter her.
I think you will find most women love the challenge of getting a bloke going again after prostate surgery.

My personal view.
Don't have it at all unless it's a mandatory requirement facing you like death if you don't.
I'd feel more like killing myself than going without sexual function for a decade or more as many have through over treating it early...

100% agreed brother. Die by the dick, not the sword. Cest la vie.

That is what some say. But the majority opinion is that it is best to have the prostate removed if there are malignant tumours to ensure there is no metastasis. More men die of prostate cancer every year than women die of breast cancer.

When they tell you you have cancer why wait for it to breakout and spread. Every individual is an individual but my thought is get it out and practise getting back to some normality with a WL or ML who understands and is sympathetic to your plight.

Yeah exactly. And believe me, one’s libido disappears quickly when you hear the word cancer. I reckon I enjoy sex more than ever since having my prostate removed. Silly faux macho attitude saying you’d rather be dead than have prostate surgery. Also, prostate surgery nowadays is so sophisticated it has minimal to no impact on sexual function.
