Less extras included/available higher cost, but also more varied in service quality.
The asian shops have more temp visas, so the girls with less service quality pass through quickly, those who are good stick around because the money's good or the shop wants them around longer.
Western shops are either semi local or FIFO girls and they will do this more as a steady job then. The effort the asian visa girls put in wouldn't be maintainable longer term outside of the true nymphs.

I used to be a regular at ATMC, Liaisons and Stilettos as loved the variety of girls from different backgrounds. Service standards as mentioned above were completely different as the girls aren't trained as well so you would get some absolute starfish but occassionally a worldie. The big issue however is that since covid and the rise of OF etc there is no longer a steady stream of hot young girls willing to sell their bodies this way. It used to be 7-9/10's but now rarely 7 or above. Makes complete sense and I've seen the same trend in other Western countries. Hopefully its cyclical, but for now the likes of Ginza and No5 just have better quality of girls, plus extras included like BBJ, CIM amongst other things just makes them much better.

In general I think the differences between between Asian and Western brothels are:

- Intros: if you get a line up you’ll usually get put in a small private room or booth. Each WL comes in individually and introduces herself. Often she’ll sit down and explain her service. You can ask questions about what’s available and discuss extras.

- Health check: The WL will ask you to drop your pants before you shower and she will inspect your penis with a light or torch.

- Shower: WL will usually leave the room while you shower. This can be time wasting as you are on the clock and just wait for her to come back when she’s ready.

- Service: You should take the opportunity to discuss this in the intros but often kissing and DATY are not included. BJs are generally covered.

I’ve never been to Liasons but it’s the same owner as ATMC so probably the same. At ATMC you pay before the intros. If you don’t choose someone then you don’t get a refund. You get a credit to use at ATMC or Liasons another time.

I wouldn’t recommend starting with 1 hour unless you’re happy to take the risk. Do 30 or 45 and get the line up so you know what to expect service wise from the WL you choose.
