For those of you that dont/cant have a separate account of your own (separate to your spouse) to funnel spare cash into for funding your punting habits, what are some of the ways you generate cash to pay for it?
I'm willing to bet a popular one is searching through your hoarded crap in the garage to sell on Facebook marketplace if it brings you $100 here and there.
Buying a tool you dont need from bunnings then selling it after one use?

TAB account is good but you can onloy withdraw what you have bet and won back. If you have a good return e.g. on a Saturday afternoon there's no need to withdraw it all at once - leave it there and operate from the profts uintil you are ready to bet again.

Take cash out when using eftpos, it doesn't show up as a withdrawal will be included in the whole amount. Make sure you don't have a heap of extra cash sitting your wallet, might be hard to explain.
Open an account in your own name with the same bank, won't be suspicious when you get a new card delivered. Get money deposited directly from your pay, the drop in your pay can be covered by saying you are doing extra super contributions. Statements emailed to your work email address
Start using cash for everything, I have always used cash as I don't like paying fees everytime I use my own cash, when eftpos or banks go down I can still buy things. If you start talking about conspiracy's this will be easier to implement :)

I like to look it this way:

If I have no way of generating punting funds I will punt less or none at all.

This is a far better option than the stress of trying to find a "creative" way to generate punting funds.
