LOL, I thought the old Vivi’s thread needs to be retired, since it is under new ownership and none of the old staff are working there anymore.
So, I got some suggestions for the new owner. While they stress that the new Vivi’s is stress free relaxing environment like the old T5, I actually found it to be stressful to fully enjoy it LOL!
1. The entry and parking is just terrible. I highly recommend anyone to either park on the street or nearby and walk in; or do late bookings past 6 PM. That narrow passage in can barely fit one car, and there aren’t many parking space at the back either. I think there are 4 maybe 5 parking space at the back, but I think the staff also park there so you really have a lot less. Let’s assume you have 5 parking space; what if the shop gets busy so you get 4 parked there (there are 4 rooms in Vivi’s, so maximum 4 clients at a time); then a bunch of “walk-ins” drive by? How about food delivery drivers? You going to get a severe traffic jam or accident waiting to happen.
2. I am genuinely surprised by this. I thought Vivi’s being bought by the T5 group; they would upgrade the facility. Honestly none I can see, maybe the new sign at the entrance. That’s about it. For a facility with FOUR ROOMS, there is only ONE SHOWER. This is actually quite bad. There was a “traffic jam” of punters waiting to get in shower both before and after the session. I ended up without shower. I found this quite unacceptable; considering all the rooms at Vivi’s are massive, and it is a single storey Queenslander on stump; which means it is EASY to fit shower box into each room, the plumbing can be fitted from the ceiling and the drainage from below. I have seen showers been fitted into smaller rooms in multi-storey buildings before (much much more difficult, eg. TT Carina), so I don’t understand why showers are not fitted into each room. This is going to add delay from 5 to 20 minutes into your clients appointments during the peak hour, let’s say 4:55pm, all 4 rooms’ client finished at the same time now everyone think they get to use the shower first, then suddenly everyone comes out the room half naked and get push back in the room and wait in turn for the shower, while next batch of 4 clients arrives. You get a traffic jam of people wanting shower before session and people full of sweat oil and lubricant after session. Again, stressful and not a pretty sight. The delay in waiting for shower cause more grief on people entering the premise waiting for their turn, so each session gets delayed and push out of their own time slots that eventually someone will missed out. Or it will just end up with a bucket and the towel which is so low-class and ghetto.
3. The door bells just keep ringing, and people are knocking on the door. This is similar situation as in 888, which can be quite stressful as the loud door bells just rings and rings and you even get people knocking on door. How can anyone relax and enjoy the session when you have these door bells ringing and people knocking on your door? I suggest the door bells goes silent and notify whoever is at the staff room, And there should be rule in place not to interrupt any active session unless it is an absolute emergency.
Mind you, at T5 I have never encounter this while in session. Maybe it is because there are more active staff at T5; therefore I think both 888 and Vivi’s needs to have more active staff than the rooms. Too many times at 888, when all three rooms are occupied, you get walk-ins punters ringing the door bells constantly and the girls had to leave the room half naked to answer the door; worse the phone rings too with nobody answer them.
