Booking via SMS - slow replies

Hi Punters,

I'd appreciate any suggestions. Maybe there's nothing that can be done and maybe it's just punting.

When I go to book with shops via SMS it takes a long time for them to get back to me if at all. Like 2.5hrs. Some shops won't take bookings ahead of time.

I know the workers are probably busy with clients. And having experienced this on the table, I don't want them replying to messages during a massage or walk ins hanging on the doorbell.

Am I missing something obvious? Any hints.

No, you aren't missing something obvious. It's the shops that are


The busy shops need to have either:

* a dedicated person handling all calls, texts, other messages (e.g. WeChat) and walk-ins. Also that the person is aware who is working that day and do have proficient English (plus whatever other language that a shop has a lot of customers from) to handle requests.

* an automatic / AI booking system that would do the same thing. Unfortunately, it couldn't address walk-ins, but a sign on the front door advising next availability (when all girls are booked) would do that job.


Shops that aren't busy still could manage things on the proviso that there are two MLs on per shift.
