I just had another thought, a little more crazy this time: What about getting an agency outcall girl to do a double with your partner!
First you convince your partner to do a double (good luck with this, has anyone ever actually accomplished this ?), then you organise for an outcall girl to be somewhere where you can pick her up with your partner, then go to the Love Hotel for a double session!
You would brief the outcall girl beforehand to pretend she was just a normal girl that just happened to be hanging around and willing to be picked up by a couple.

I did actually post this question to MOC when I was dating someone else but never got a reply :(
