The worst receiptionist--Jack Asshole in No.40 Blacktown

I have been paid a attention to Syd99 for a long time. I really like read those reviews from others, really appreciate that they happy to sharing with us the bad things happened to them as well as the good things. Today I registered as a member, post my first thread, have no happy things to sharing with you guys, angry, really angry and disappointing are all I have at the moment. Fuck you Jack, you are the worst receptionist I have ever seen. Every curious, why the boss hiring such a scamp whom only have bad influences on their business. Are they blind or deaf, or have both disabilities?

Let me talk about my story, really bad experience. A couple of weeks ago, on wed, I want to visit a girl (don't want to mention her name, in case bring her trouble) in No.40 forge St, Blacktown. I called the shop to make a reservation, a guy called Jack took the booking, and promised that he will keep the lady for me at that time. So I arrived the shop on time, even 10 mins earlier, I don't mind to wait a little bit, I know sometimes it is hard for the receptionist to manage the time, it is reasonable to wait a bit even you've already made booking. I've been waiting in the waiting room for half hour, Jack walked in told me that she just extend another one hour, then he walked out without saying anyting else, even singal word "sorry" will make me feel better. Ok, fine, I understand that, sometimes I do extend session with the lady I like, I understand that..... Then I waited another hour, until Jack came in again to tell me her customer extend again for one more hour. I don't have any idea what I should do at that time, but a strange feeling come out of my mind, is she really working today or not?? So, I told Jack, I am happy to wait for her until she finished. But before that I want to see her first to say hello. Because it happened before, last time I booked a lady on Sat, the lady's customer extend the time, but the receptionist called ben did totally different thing to me, he keeping apologize to me, knocked the door asked that lady come out to say hi to me, I didn't really want to wait for that lady to finish, because she introduced her friend to me, and I had a good time with the new one, nothing to complaint, I was happy. But this time, the situation was totally different, after I told fucking Jack asshole I happy to wat for her, he kept me waiting for another half hour, and then he came in with a totally different lady, he told me, ok, here is your lady XXX, fuck!!! I know which one I've been waiting for, and I am pretty sure he knows too. I said to him, this is not XXX, guess what he said to me?? He said, if he likes, he can call every lady XXX, what a scamp he is. I really want to beat the shit out of him, but I asked myself come down, I told him I will make the complaint to the boss, another surprise to me, he said to me, go, go to tell the boss I don't give a shit about her at all. Now what I can say, only fucking congratulations to the boss in No.40 Blacktown, you are so fucking lucky, you got the best receptionists all over the wolrd congratu-fucking-lations to you. Never come back to Blacktown shop again......:fire:

Worst receptionist? I don't think so. I had a papasan give me Girl A who was a young hottie for a massage and when rollover time came I was confronted by an ugly, old granny with a filthy attitude. (The old bait and switch routine.)

The longest time I ever waited for any WL or ML was an hour and that was her first day back from holiday and a clear miss communication between her and the shop and the shop was very apologetic and I came back the next day and all was forgiven!

Other than that, whenever I made an advance booking, I usually got what I want .

On a few occasions my booking were stuffed up, 501, SL, SF and Stanmore, it happens but of course, these shops are oh so friendly, that a little hiccup here and there was never an issue.

So what it comes down to is customer services !!

Just wondering if you are prepared to wait 30 min then an hour, won't it be better off to check out the sister shop which is only 5 min away??

Sorry to hear of your bad experience, I have seen it from this shop before, I belive it is shop policy to tell the customers a girl is in even if she is not and then try and get her to see another girl.

No doubt that's why the receptionist had no problem with the OP making a complaint, the big boss would only be too happy to hear that he's doing his job in accordance with instructions. I agree it's fucked, and only made worse for the OP by them taking hours to come clean about it.

Have read other punter's stories before, some of them book directly with their regular girl, as receiving a text from her is the only way they can guarantee she's really in that day. On one hand you can't expect them to roll out the red carpet at those prices, but there's also no excuse for treating even regular customers with such disdain. All you can do is "vote with your feet", and take your wallet elsewhere. :anger:

Who was at the reception? Was it Jack? If it was don't trust that guy. Supposed to be Wednesday he is working at Blacktown 8. But he was the subject of a lot of customers complaints. For example same thing that might had happened to you. He would say that the girl is working and will book or ask you to come. But when you get there he would say the girl is busy when in fact the girl is not working. And he will offer you another instead. That's why Ben is working at Blacktown 8. They have been swapped for about a month now.

Whenever you call the shop particularly Blacktown 40. Ask the name of the receptionist. I trust Ben, Rino, and Vince.

Don't ever trust Jack. He is rude to customers and the girls as well.

This btch keeps going on and on how good the service is and how happy she made me, guess she knows me better than me. Maybe she should tell me what to wear, eat, work and live my life. No wonder she said all asian wouldn't pick her.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience but at the end of the day you were visiting a brothel and not your bank manager so appointments don't mean all that much in an industry that's full of dishonest operators just wanting to relieve you of your $$$ when you are horny and vulnerable.
I'm sure this sort of tactics are used in a lot of shops elsewhere but it seems 40 Blacktown is by far the market leader.

I mean at this stage, tougher market condition, specially when all shops are increasingly improving service and lady's quality, such customer service will bring the whole shop down. Again this makes me recall Roger from 22, when things went not so well from his shop, he could always reply quickly and nicely, to keep all happy!
THings have already happened, just relax angry bird, and one thing I guess all customers are interesting to see is what would the owner say about this?

I guess good receptionists are hard to find. I think that in this case it may start from bad shop management telling the receptionist to tell customer any thing to get them in the shop.
