I went to Hooters once. The novelty wore off part way through the first visit...
I would check out an Asian version, what would the menu be:

- Kimchi

Have been to Cafe Lu in what is called Little Saigon in SoCal and I have to say it's all quite above board. The girls serve coffee and sit down for a chat .. I was thinking it would be seedy but wasn't too bad actually.
