Why aren't there any decent places near Ryde

Long time looker but decided to register today.
First of all huge thanks goes out to all the bros here for the great info which money can't buy ! (well technically can...:cool2:.)

Just a quick one, I've always wondered why aren't there any decent places around Ryde/Rhodes/Eastwood area??

Demand will def be there for sure with sh*t load of apartments n all that....is it a council approval thing?

Interested to hear what you bros think...last thing you want is having to drive distance after a few and feeling the urge...

True. Councils' closed a lot of them down or forced them to go legit...BUT...not everyone has. Go around and ring up a few of the legit looking ones and you might be surprised once you start asking about extra's.

I know of a few place in Ryde, but didn't know about Rhodes. Any info?
