You always get 1 or 2 no shows so don't worry.
I always invite 2 extra guys than the number the girl and I agree on just to factor that in.
There is no ideal number for a gangbang/bukkake; I have organised good ones with as little as 3 and as many as 12 guys.

The non flash shots are always better for small cameras with small flashes, as a direct flash makes for a harsh and flat image. If you can bounce your flash off a wall or ceiling then it might start to look better, also using a diffuser helps.
The mouth shot is a bit out of focus, still good enough to get the idea though!
