Yep, 107-121 is Oaks Harmony Hotel and Resort ...
There are shops on the ground floor, a Thai restaurant and a cafe, not sure exactly where this place is though.

Sorry, I don't know their actual prices and hours, but imagine they would be similar to most other CBD massage shops of this genre.
