There is no difference between a BBBJ and CIM as they are two completely separate acts but they are related. A BBBJ is a bareback blowjob or a blowjob with no condom on while CIM is cum in mouth which means you cum in the persons mouth. While you can get a covered blowjob and cum inside the condom while inside the persons mouth this is not classified as CIM as CIM actually requires you to leave a deposit inside the other persons mouth which is why you require a BBBJ.
