Only experienced the famous dividers once while waiting for that room, tbh I was surprised there was only ONE divider / seat, always imagined there were "booths" around that corner .... but given the choice I'll take the comfy couch anyday.

Even if booking, you have to expect some waiting time if you're arriving a few mins early, and any number of things can happen throughout the day which means your session will start late too. I've never heard a complaint from a punter having their booking shafted on arrival there, so I reckon that speaks volumes that the current system works fine .... a tiny bit of shame in the waiting room, if you're so inclined to care, is a tiny price to pay imo.

I don't know of a solution- maybe come in - pay at reception, be taken to the room where the girl might be there waiting or on her way.
