Firstly, I would suggest you talk to your GP.

If you don't have any heart problems or use any other medication that would contraindicate to PDE5 inhibitors (Cialis, Viagra and like),
then ask him/her prescribe you either Viagra 20mg or Cialis 5mg.
I would not start with anything stronger - they'll give you a massive headache an mos likely you won't need anything stronger anyway.

Do not use that "herbal" shit. They are really not herbal, but typically contain sildenafil (=viagra) even though it does not say so in the label. Thus most are banned in Australia.
The most dangerous thing about them is that you don't know (I wonder if the manufactures know either) how much of the 'good' stuff the pill contains.
You could get a lethal overdose by accident.

They are all in India or some other place which is not too fussy about shipping prescription meds.

Australian website would be closed rather quickly as selling prescription meds online is illegal here.

I agree about the side effects. Was a bit better with cialis and it also lasts longer, 2-3 days I think. Another side effect was difficulty shooting ! Seems to have a numbing effect.

I you are actually having a problem try a bit of exercise. Walk for 1 hour twice a week, try for 7 km and light resistance workout twice a week. I've been doing this for about 2 months. I still look the same because I eat like a pig, but my tackle feels 10 years younger :)

Applying a little bit of lube (not too much) on your dick before rolling the condom on helps as well.
