Well, of course nothing better than having something like that as part of "standard" service.

However, not sure if I should be saying this, but from what she told me her POV is that CIM should be extra and she's just not sure of the best way to flag this sometimes. I think their views need respect too so if they don't ask it's still a good idea to leave a tip if you can afford it. Anyway everyone have different views on things like this so I'll leave it to you to make a judgment on what you'll be doing when you see her :)

Those that agreed to it but whodidn't stipulate extra $'s were all incredibly appreciative when slipping them a lobster anyways on the way out the door, and make no mistake, they know what it's for .... imo it's a worthwhile investment if you're ever intending to return.

Thats fair enough. I hadn't really considered the fact that some of the girls might not be forward enough to state that its an extra... sometimes I forget that some of the girls GINZA recruits are just that, girls. Not seasoned professionals!

That's definitely the going rate, but not all girls are comfortable with it with every customer. I've certainly been denied before, but normally choose to withhold that part from AR's. :-)

It would be interesting to see what tip-garnering strategy works best, in the sense of maximising a girl's tips. I can think of several strategies. If a girl is willing to provide a particular special service she could :

1. Say nothing about the availability of the service unless the punter asks about it. She doesn't ask for anything but hopes for a voluntary tip.
2. As in 1. but she tells the punter it will cost him $X. Some punters might baulk at the cost and not proceed, while others might have been willing to tip more but now pay only $X while still others might still tip more than $X.
3. Without being asked, tell the punter what she's willing to do without putting a price on it, again hoping for a voluntary tip.
4. As in 3. but puts a price on the service(s), again risking some punters saying no.
5. Without being asked, performs the service without saying anything about price, again hoping for a voluntary tip.
6. As in 5. but tells the punter afterwards if he doesn't voluntarily tip that she expects a tip of $X.

It's not obvious to me that any one of these strategies is going to be the best in all circumstances. Some of the strategies, particularly 2, 4 and 6, may piss off some punters, while 1, 3 and 5 may see the girl miss out on some tips. And 2, 4 and 6 require the girl to show some assertiveness that she may not be comfortable with.

Personally, I like to make my own judgment on how much to tip and so prefer either 3 or 5.

Agreed I never tip my regular wl's I do however make 2hour bookings now and again as a sort of tip.

But if its my 1st session and the WL has done something amazing you better believe I'm dropping a tip which is why I gave Aki a colonel mustard but that's not always the case.... I feel bad now....Nikki gave me insanely good service for a new girl and I didn't give her diddly....I should have though.
