Some fair points from the OP Although there is no excuse for not having some WLs ready for your opening hours !

For all we know, the WL could have only finished say 4am in the morning and was required to come back to work a few hours late for another 16 hr shift - pure guess! First of all, I fully understand your feelings, as a similar thing happened with Becky when they were still in Sakura. That being said though, I think some of the responsibility have to rest with us as well. If you were to check the roster for Kyoto 206 for friday, you would have noticed Becky is listed until 3am, so that should immediately raise a red flag if she is back in the morning (similar to what Ahlungor expected).

I have learned over the many times that you dont want to see a WL late in the evening if they have started working in the morning, and now I would like to thank you for making me notice the other side is also correct, i.e. no need to worry about seeing a WL in the morning if they worked into late night.

Frankly, these days I even ask the reception how many clients the girl had during that day and use it as another input in my selection procedure. Not all receptionist may want to share, but they also understand that the better I am able to choose, the more likely I am to come back. I of course also dont shy away from asking all kinds of questions about the services the they offer to the girls now, during the introductions. No need to figure out once we are in the room and they start listing "no this, no that" etc.

I'll have to agree with you there, mate; simply a misjudgment on the managers part I'm afraid. He does not spend as much time with the girls as our receptionists do.
