View Full Version : 5 Star BiBi – 5* City – UNBELIEVABLE DISASTER – TO AVOID IMMEDIATELY

I had an extremely unpleasant experiences at 5* city tonight, to the point that I feel extremely upset and need to stay up to write this report at 02:00 AM, even though drunk as hell to warn other brother punters here about concerned inconsistent level of service in 5*.
It was my best friend birthday tonight; hence decided to surprise him with a treat to 5* city where the quality service is certainly guaranteed, after had a good time drinking in the cross.

Walked in at 23:15, did not bother to book as I know the shop will be busy on Saturday night as well as did not know exact finish time from drinking. We were promptly greeted by a tall & nice receptionist along with Ping Pong, and shown the way to waiting area for walk in.

We were shown 3 ladies, Whiskey, Hayley & BiBi. Given tonight is my friend birthday, of course I picked for him Whiskey who is superb in her job with high level of consistency from my personal experience. I also met Hayley before, hence would like to see BiBi. Once I have chosen Bibi, the tall receptionist advised me that BiBi is new, “so don’t expect much with service”. To me, and perhaps to certain number of brothers in this forum, the advice is interpreted as “BiBi is new, so her skills might not be on par with other more experienced ones at 5* for 5* services, and still need further guidance from more experience customer”, so I am like, “oh ok” and still go ahead with BiBi as would expect her to have the right attitude at least if doesn’t have the right skills & experiences.

The decision turned out to be the worst one I have ever made in my life :cry:, with BiBi clearly did not like the work she’s doing AT ALL and I feel like she’s forced to do something she never wants to do. The moment I met her and stepped into the room, my gut feeling told me something is not right. But I think, it’s 5* city here, not some cheap dodgy ones in inner west suburb, so why has to worry… I hope my gut feeling was wrong with the confidence in 5* quality of service from past experiences, but it was so right. A true DISASTER in customer service with BiBi spent 15 minutes of my 30 mins bookings to clean me in the shower, then followed with using almost the whole bloody box of tissue to do BBBJ… Let me explain this way so you guys can picture easier. For every time she used her mouth to do one or two blow (1-2 secs), she then take 3-4 tissues from the tissue box and immediately spilt out on them. This happened for the entire process of 1-2 mins of BBBJ. Then she put the dom on faster than the blink of my eyes, then quickly lube herself and start on lotus position. The moment I just touched my hand on her enhanced breast (for the 1st time of the whole session as I did not touch her in the shower), BiBi immediately told me off that please be soft as her breasts are hurting now which angered me more. I’m never a rough type of punter, and would never grapping some WL breasts like no tomorrow and would treat them with utmost care and nurture…

The whole thing just pushed me over the edge and can no longer tolerate… Immediately take quick shower, and rush down to tell the management about the disaster that I faced. I provided honest direct constructive feedback to the Ping Pong and the tall receptionist, advised them that they should fire BiBi to prevent other customers from experiencing same thing and I initially did not ask for a compensation or rebate as I think that’s it only one rotten apple in the basket, so who cared.

The tall receptionist was very apologetic and empathy with the situation. He then also told me that BiBi already received multiple complaints from many customers which really made me rethink. However, my mate just out from his session so I didn’t want to make a big fuss and walked him back to the city for after drinks but I couldn’t stop thinking about the disaster experience at 5* just happened to me on the way back. I wouldn’t care if it’s an one off occasion and first time happened without management acknowledgement, but if it happened for many times with multiple customers, why 5* management didn’t do anything about it and keep showing BiBi on the line up.

This lead to another interpretation of mine that 5* now is purely running its business based on strategy of compromising quality to maximising profitability by providing sub-standard product (service) to a strong given demand (Sat night). IMO, nothing else would justify 5* management action better than the above interpretation. And if that’s the case, it is extremely wrong and short-sighted, and I now want to have my money back because there was no value exchanged… Totally disappointed and I will not come back to 5* again.

Better to stick with TMC & MOC, who always have that consistency in service delivery.

Surprised to hear that the receptionist told you about the other complaints on the same girl - that's poor PR and customer service !

Sounds like Bibi could be a WL to be avoided, but how did your friend the birthday boy go ?? As long as he had a great time with whiskey , then your trip will be worth it I guess 。

I have so many good experiences at 5 Star before so if it was me, I am not going to sack them if I just have a bad punt, may be it just me! And of course I will never pick the same bad girl for the second time!

And right now my current 5 star girl Milo will never let me down !

So you went there when you were drunk as hell ? And Laurie told you they had complaints about Bibi before ???

No, I was completely sober as need to take care of my friend who was quite tipsy at that time, and only started drinking heavily after left 5*. And Ping Pong was the one who told me that "This girl has many complaints from other customers before". That statement pushed me over the edge, as I could not justify why 5* management put BiBi back on the line up after received so many complaints from other customers before me.

To me, it's just a complete ignorance in providing consistent quality service, only to focus on maximize profitability at all cost, given a strong demand night...

On a positive note, lucky that my friend was well looked after by Whisky who is absolute professional and also tries her best to please. But again, it further emphasizes the inconsistency of service level at 5*, which is ashamed for a market leader establishment in Sydney.

Will not return.

WTF... I am upset by the fact that girls like this make more money than girls from, for example, Ginza.
