There are several in the lower Sukhumvit area in BKK, all between the Nana and Asoke BTS stations. You can google for exact location but:

Lolita's is on a little side street of Soi 6 (?, it's def between Soi 4 and Soi 8), 700 baht plus tip

Lollipop is at the top of Soi 10, close to Sukhumvit, also about 700 or 800 baht
