So I was searching for a massage near crows nest and found a website in google http://www.parlourpages.com.au/blog/?p=2039

I haved tried it based on the comments below the website above.The ML then introduced me into a room, paid an hour for $105 and told me to take a shower.Then the standard usual stuff massaging your body and then told me to take a shower again. She said its finished and there was no HJ , so I complained to her and her manager showing them the website and thier own website.They said come back next week due to checks and they did not even refund a part of my money.I never been Effing scammed on this massage parlours business except for Ashfield Alice.

Always better to be sure as opposed to making assumptions that such and such was going to be included as part of the service.

She can't speak much english but snow lotus and cbd posh $105 you do not even have to ask even on my first time.Extras depending if they like you, you have to ask them.

I mostly go to these two places if my back is sore and they do a better job compared to the normal ones that do not offer extras.

Done this place before. It used to be a fairly good place to go. Cheap and easy access. But the service is really poor and no touching at all!! what pisses me off is that if the ML wanted more $$, I have no problem of giving it so I can get what I wanted but it is the blunt reply you get. I know that during the couple of weeks or so both the North Sydney and Chatswood councils have been sending threatening letters to all RnT places (that have a DA for therapeutic massage, not a DA to operate as a brothel) on the North Shore (within their council limits of course) citing AR's from different forums about the sexual services provided there. And threatening to close down the places if they don't cease to provide such services.
They are now interpreting the letter of the law to the fullest extend. = Any touch to genitals requires a brothel license.

So naturally the shops are frightened to provide such services, especially to new customers who might be council inspectors.

Now, legally any of the AR's (since they would fall into category of 'hearsay' (prosecutor: cobe7 said this. Judge: Can we question cobe7? prosecutor: well, I don't really know who cobe7 is) , unless one of you stand up and go to court to give a sworn testimony.
Note: cobe7 does not refer to the OP. God forbid I would implicate him for anything like soliciting for sex.


But it has gotten the shops really scared and most of them are really not that well aware of the burden of proof required.
And the shops are unwilling to provide that proof to a possible council inspectors (or a private dick, who's been contracted to get the proof, which happened in Chatswood about 2 years ago, when several shops were closed due such dicks getting the proof).

I hope that this does not spread to other areas, but it can happen.

That's like the Japanese law sex is forbidden in shops but there is always around it .If two individuals enter to a consented agreement then its allowed :)

Not only the above mentioned councils, but canterbury council has also been doing surprise visits to some massage shops in the area and photographing the inside of the shop and collecting other evidence. In past they've been pretty lax about massage shops but this seems to be part of a wider push going on at the moment. Ryde council has gotten very strict the last couple years also.

What do you mean you paid for it? Was it not a good experience? Or did you catch something?

If you looked at the comments they have said this place offers this type of service and blah, blah.When you go in and pay for that service and you never get it, so its 50/50.Techinically you take risk the money that you paid and if you do not get it thats the risk that you pay for.

I think the rapid increase in the number of massage shops over the past decade (fuck, there's 20 or so in Chatswood, 5 or so in Crows Nest, 3 in Banksia has resulted in a rapid increase in legit business owners, and residents, complaining to all and sundry about them.

Someone, one day, will challenge councils to legitimately license brothels, including massage shops, instead of restricting brothel licenses (on the take, councillor?) or trying as near as damned to keep their council zone clean and give all the problems to less desirable areas, like those out West.

I reckon there'd be at least 250 dodgy massage places operating on the North Shore line as far up as Pymble; all illegal and all providing much needed income support for overseas students or otherwise unemployable people. Not to mention keeping 1,000s of North Shore families away from the sadness that comes from divorce.
