Looking through the Sydney papers over the weekend say this article New red-light zone as illegal sex trade expands north. (http://www.smh.com.au/nsw/new-redlight-zone-as-illegal-sex-trade-expands-north-20131116-2xnlb.html)
Nothing really new to report but interesting the amount of research that the jounro put in to ready Aus99.

''This is all about asserting power over sex workers and how to push a girl into doing something she doesn't want to do,'' Ms Willis said.
''A line is being crossed here. Ultimately, it incites violence.''
While I deplore violence against women, I cant see how that is a violent situation nor do I see that scenario being any different to any normal husband and wife relationship - the husband with gentle prodding, trying to coax sex out of the wife. I note how no feminist has ever complained how women coax us to mow the lawn lol

In regards to inciting violence, I believe they are referring to what might happen if the client is refused the service he feels he "deserves".
As for a normal husband and wife relationship, are you serious? lol Unless you got yourself a mail order bride, I don't see any relevance in that comparison.

What a crock of shit this Ms. Willis is on about. It's the sex industry! All of these women know that guys are going to ask for extras and that it's a negotiation. If they don't want to do extras, they just say no. If she was out at a nightclub, most ML's/WL's would be approached multiple times a night by different guys. That's just how it is. They're happy to tell them to take a hike then so I don't know why they would suddenly do something different when at work.

"It's the sex industry!" - ummm no it isn't, hence the practice of extras is illegal?
"All of these women know that guys are going to ask for extras and that it's a negotiation. If they don't want to do extras, they just say no." - While it is "well known" what happens, similarly it is "well known" that extras are illegal. Legally customers are paying for the service of a legitimate massage. Any requesting of "extras" is actually sexual harrassment and solicitation.
"If she was out at a nightclub, most ML's/WL's would be approached multiple times a night by different guys." - This isn't a social environment or dating service, it's a working environment.
"They're happy to tell them to take a hike then so I don't know why they would suddenly do something different when at work." - Nightclubs are public places with their friends around them and bouncer/bar staff everywhere. At work the girl is in a room alone with a guy who would usually be at least twice her size, and no security on premises. You seriously think that the girls feel totally safe?
These are the facts, whether you agree with/like them or not.
