I've been a regular customer of MOC for a while now, i've had encounters with Porya, JSY, SuperA, Ladyring and many more, and they were all unforgettable. But today I had the worst experience so far. I booked this girl (who shall not be named)
for a 1hr incall. I got into the room at 4:30pm and was greeted by the girl. We quickly went to shower and then onto the bed and started bbbj. Not long after, the girl said that she was feeling very unwell because she had taken some expired sleeping pill from the previous night and suffering from negative reactions. So I asked her if she was feeling ok and if she wanted to continue because I felt sorry for her, so she apologised to me and said she couldnt continue anymore. So she contacted the receptionist, the time was 4:45pm. The receptionist came and the girl and I explained the situation, then he requested that I should pay $200 for that 15mins service. I'm very frustrated and outraged right now because that 15mins of service which included a 5min shower costs me $200, I find it very unreasonable, I'm a decent guy and I'm WILLING TO PAY, but not $200 for 15mins. If the reception asked for $100, I would of gladly paid it because indeed I did get a 15mins service. But $200 is just too much, I would like to hear some comments from our brothers on the forum, if this $200 that MOC charged me for a 15min service is reasonable. Thank you.

I'd say you definitely shouldn't have had to pay anything. It wasn't your fault the girl fell ill.

thx for the support, the reception insisted that i should pay because i did in fact get service, so i paid it. but thinking back on it right now, im feeling that i got ripped and cheated

I believe the receptionist didn't know what to do in this situation, you should have contacted Duncan right away; he is reasonable and i am sure he would have never asked you to pay for the service

If it was me ... and I only had 15min including shower I would expect either a substitute girl of equal standard/ cost .. Or a full refund ...
Why?
- it would have been no fault of mine
- I booked for a particar girl & for an hr ..and the service was not provided ... Think of this - if you bought tickets to a movie and after 25 min the projector broke .... would you really believe you should still pay for a % ?? Or a refund ??
Refund in full or gift cert for future movie of course.
- I would have already taken my time ... my petrol ... Car park for $50 ... so I would have already covered a significant cost for no return !!
So answer is clear to me ..
You should have got a full refund or full credit at least.
And that is even without the fact that you have been a regular customer ...

tbh i've never encounter shit like this ever, i've been to many agencies, bluemoon, 5star, mygirlsdorm, but this event has dramatically decrease my chance of revisiting MOC anytime soon

Basically the girl was sick and can't continue!
Asking you to pay $200 for a shower and BJ (you didn't cum right ?) is not acceptable .
BTW, you would have paid your fees up front before you start right?
So the receptionist gave you $150 back ? And charged you $200?
They should have apologised, offer you a replacement immediately , or if no one is available, let you go without charging = give you a full refund - or at the very least give you an hour credit for the next punt!

Wow that's astonishingly bad customer treatment, and here I was looking to try one of the MOC ladies, just something higher end compared to my usual favorite shop for the festive seasons...
Am keen to see how MOC will handle this, no one in their right mind would of expect to pay that much for 15 minutes (plus basic math fails too), not to mention the fact that the punter is the victim of misfortune (girl being sick) here?
Common sense would say that an immediate alternative replacement is imperative, if not future credit - even if the girl is not as good, at least its way better than paying to get blue balls

It is not typical of MOC where 90% plus of visits are great - and that's pretty good considering "punting" is a risk by definition.
So my comments do not reflect a general opinion of MOC - who I hold in high regard ... but the specific instance as described here ... which I would have insisted be handled as per my & AhLungors comments above

Totally agree with all the comments. It was not your fault that she was feeling unwell. Money should be returned, another girl or a credit given. But if that was you who was unwell than you should default the money. Just my thoughts.

Valid complaint and all, but imo it's still poor form that you've been a happy customer with many good sessions under your belt, then only bothered to register / post here the first time something's gone wrong.

poor guy. If the girl keeps doing this trick she get $100 (presumably 50%) for every 15 min without being fucked, that is $400 per hour, gee that is good money.
i hardly go this shop now as bad experience outweights the good one (which is hardly this day).

A session cut short without a release is more frustrating than a session not started, the OP was a gentleman not to push the girl to go further !
I also agree with Detective Poontang that this forum is not just for voicing complaints, how about sharing some happy encounters too ?

F*ck!!!!! I hate these threads. All of my MOC bookings always go to plan and I have an awesome punt. I wish some weird shit would happen to me during my MOC bookings so I can get some free credits :-p
Does anyone use the complaint hotline? Or is it better to start these type of negative thread? If problem is resolved admin lock this thread down.

I think your thread should be bumped to show that MOC resolved the issue to your satisfaction. The Complaint Hotline should have been your first point of call, then a thread here on how satisfied your were with the outcome.

This shows that any shop can have a problem we are dealing with people, the thing in the end is that they resolve any problems and in this case that seems to have been done.
Its just a pity that it wasn't solved on the spot by the receptionist.

Equally all parlours are capable of providing a great punt, and excellent customer service
Both the management and the ladies that are employed are factors than can always be improved on

If you want a response you should take it up with the shop mamasan, posting on here is not the answer as some shops just pay someone to post their roster on here and even if they read the AR they have limited English and so can't respond on here unless they get someone to do it for them.

MOC isn't going to do anything , you see them regularly bumping threads but when it comes to threads with complaints to hey avoid it. That's why I never use these companies as they always have bad customer service. I think everyone should boycott MOC all together

The OP said in this thread that MOC had already contacted him and offered him $150 discount for his next booking !
As you said you never used these companies, so a boycott makes no difference to them.

Same theory for those who complains about shops bumping threads, if they are fans of those girls or fans of the shop, they won't be offended, they would be looking for the bumped threads everyday instead ! Those who whinge are not their customers in the first place, so the shops lose nothing !

I have since gone to two parlours that are new to me, based on good reviews by my friends here, and the bad reviews that were posted, were related to careless management issues, not the service itself
Just because I have never gone to a place, doesnt mean I wont visit in the next week if my instincts say I need to visit
I suspect there are plenty on this forum, who never post, but read everything, waiting to choose their next parlour.
And management problems are different to service deficiencies

And I make no comment about this case, its been dealt with well and fairly by management, so good on them !
In some cases, there is clearly an unacceptably low level of customer service, and we all need to be experienced enough to realise a major problem at the time, and alert the management in a fair way - in person at the time, or later in the evening by phone
We get our experiences often from this forum, thankfully, not with our own punts !
Thanks for the story, and Im glad to hear common sense and good customer service prevailed
