we only informed our staff after our decision were made that we are senting kim off for break..

I have NEVER had the buzzer / timer experience, and I think that is not acceptable. Totally agree, a timer like that sounds like a robotic experience

We are all gentlemen here, and I generally stop proceedings with enough time to allow both parties to have a shower

If us gentlemen are too occupied to notice the time, the lady should use manners and simply say, "we are close to the end, how shall we finish ?"

A timer on proceedings would make me feel like an unwanted visitor - just my humble thoughts

I commiserate with the lady, we all have bad personal issues from time to time, and often have to work to earn money or keep the boss happy

But we have so many great Reports on here, that everyone knows (customers and management) what makes for good and polite service for the respectful customer

I can see a few fair endings for this story, and feel that the management are good people
