pity the cops can't do anything about the pimps running these bullshit rackets

My understanding is that the cops can in fact do somethnig about it.

Having a receptionist is illegal

Having a pimp is illegal

Multiple girls working from the same premises is illegal

Some of the online ads would breach the formatting requirements


In short, if the cops REALLY wanted to do something about this they could. It just isn't the flavour of the month.
