Finished work today and was very keen to get some after work action. I considered going to a North Shore Establishment but quickly changed my mind when I realised that I would be travelling through Golden Ginza country on the way home and rang to find out who would be available. I was told that Bebe and Elsa would be available and to check out website to make my choice. Whilst driving I did so and quickly decided on Elsa, very keen. Young, size 7, B-C cup. I rang back and said I would book Elsa and would be there in 25 mins, reply 'no problem'. On approach to the bridge I received a call to confirm, professional as ever, and I confirmed saying I was 15 mins out. Keen, keen, keen. As I turned onto Cleveland St, I received a text, saying 'how long?', I quickly replied 3mins and gunned it to make sure I was there on time. Found a park and jogged to their back door, quickly used their toilet after driving for 35 mins to ready myself and entered their reception. Quickly spoke to the girl behind the counter and said I had a booking with Elsa, so happy I was finally there and keen to get upstairs. The reply was unexpected because it was in Chinese and she was not actually speaking to me. The regular guy came out and they started offering me a 30 min wait or 10 min wait depending on my choice of a different girl. They sent me into the waiting room and a size 10 girl came through that seemed to be nice but after an hour of picturing a size 7 girl on the end of my member, I was not so keen.

It turned out that someone else walked through the door 5 mins before I got there and they asked, 'do you have a booking?' and received a 'Yes' in reply. They then asked 'Who with?' and the reply was 'No idea' and they assumed it was me and sent him upstairs anyway.

My gripe is, no apology, no explanation until pressed and were quite happy when I left.

WHAT IS THE POINT OF BOOKING WHEN I AM ABLE TO WALK IN ANYTIME AND JUST SAY THAT I HAVE ONE AND TAKE SOMEONE ELSE'S BOOKING!!!!!

UPSET WITH THE BASTARD WHO TOOK MY BOOKING AND UPSET WITH GINZA FOR NOT EVEN APOLOGISING!!!

NOW 3 HOURS LATER, I STILL HAVE AN UNSATISFIED MEMBER!

I'm not surprised by this. I've found Giza Reception to usually unhelpful or just obstructionist.

Previously I've made a booking for a girl and requested a special service and found after arriving and paying for the session that the girl knows nothing of my request.

This is despite discussing it on a previous visit with her to make sure that it would be ok.

The Reception and never really be very interested in me as a paying customer and really only sees their job as taking my money or the next chump's that happens along.

They seem to be mostly concerned with ensuring that the "sausage factory" is always grinding though the next customer.

This is unusual because every girl I've seen there has been excellent and very customer focused.

I'm very surprised to hear that Wilson didn't offer an apology, he always seems like a relaxed and competent human, I can also understand your frustration, nothing worse than to be left wanting,,,,,,,,,,

I've never had problems booking a girl at Ginza. Wilson and Yuki have improved dramatically since their TC days.

Except on one occasion Wilson mixed up my booking (for a girl I have not seen before) with another punter and sent me to the wrong room. Long story short, I showered with girl one then Wilson knocked on the door to say he mixed up the booking. I had to trek across to the other side in my towels and start all again with the girl I originally booked.

I went back next day, without making a booking. Wilson and Yuki were not happy to see me at all because they had read the post I made. Wilson explained that all girls were booked and because of 5pm change over very difficult. However Wilson then told me to go to the waiting room and he would call and make sure the bookings were still coming, GREAT BUSINESS ACUMEN. 10 mins later he explained that no girls were available and he was sorry, FANTASTIC. When leaving I approached Yuki and said "All I wanted was an apology from you", her reply "I don't need to apologise, I read on internet, go away!!"

Mmmm, spend lots of money with them, would be happy with "I fucked up, sorry".

Went 2 streets over, had a great fuck with a 19yo, size 6 with a great attitude for $110 half hour.

Mmmm, thinking back to the days when you would go to their Kent St location sit behind a stupid curtin and listen to all the Chinese chatter before being sent to a room and the time of your life, I think Yuki has no concern for the punters anymore, just count the dollars and still have a fucked attitude.

After 2-3mins, one client arrives, I ask if he has a booking he answered yes. “Book which girl? Elsa or betty?” “hmm.. Elsa, Sorry I'm late.” “ok, thats $130/30mins” ....

After another 5mins finally you arrived said booked for Elsa. We were surprised. I'm 100% sure We said sorry and explained the whole thing to you because its my fault.

There was a client waiting to see any girl who will free soon, But I will need to show you first to fix this problem so I introduced you Betty (she is not size 10, only a bit taller than you make you misunderstanding, similar body like Elsa), but you didn't like her, so another client took her.

The next day you came back with a wired attitude, I explained no one available at 5, and I tried to make some phone calls to confirm. But unlucky all bookings will arrive soon(when you leave im sure you heard i ask a client in the receiption:’ I just called you to confirm 5pm, right?” He said yes.
Then you request us apologize again. I felt not comfortable with your attitude, so decided no necessary to apologize again.

If you still no happy until today,
I sincerely apologize to you again! I'm sorry again!

Bro, maybe U had paid them the money but you forget that they are all human too, they need to be respected too. your money doesnt buy everything especially respect bro.

I think above reply from Ginza is very impressive and professionally done.

In any customer service industry, these incidents do happen and it's hard to say who's fault.... in this case, bro woodduck indeed late and if you are late, you can't really complain even though you have informed them (especially Ginza is very busy and they aren't any 'stand-by' girls most of the times. Also if Ginza was a bit more patient and wait a little bit longer, bro woodduck would have a good time with Elsa...but as a business owner, you have to make a judgement time to time and unfortunatelly this time it went to wrong way.

I think Ginza is one of the most professionally run shop in Sydney.

I say both parties as at fault.

Woodchuck, you re wrong for not honoring the booking time. Not only were you late, you didn t even inform the shop that you were late and Ginza actually had to chase and ask you twice if you were coming.

That being said, I think Ginza shouldn t let you keep the booking in the first place. They should say the girl will be available to anyone walking in before you arrive. That to me would be fair. Keeping the booking would not be fair to someone who booked after you and now have to wait for 10-20 minutes.

I should know because more often than not I am waiting for more than 10 minutes and I ve never come late to my bookings.

I don t deny Ginza s popularity and love their girls so this isn t me taking shot at them. I just wish they can do better job on bookings.
