Double booking

Decided to give Locanto another run. Sent text and made an hour booking, she replied with the typical bs but she said to give her a text when I'm outside. So off I go and park just up the road a little and sent the text to let her know I was here. Next thing some other punter parks out front on walks up to the door and takes my booking before I could get out of my car. So I sent her a text to ask why but she didn't reply until much later saying "I'm free now". Has this ever happened to anyone else?

The really don't care if they double book as it costs them nothing to waste your time.
