Random Rant:
I'm going to come up with a new concept (at least its new to me) which is the "original tit ratio". Ie the ratio of real tit to silicon in a boob.
If a girl had A cup boobs to start with, and then went straight to a DD, then the tit would be 90% silicon, and would feel and look terrible.
But if a girl had B's then went to a D, then maybe its 50% silicon. Those are not too bad.
