Im starting this thread as my immediate are of residence is crying out for a good establishment / girl house.
One such area is Rhodes.
Booming population, cashed up area and loads of Asian residents.
Perfect for a small private operator with quality girls.

Maybe the council doesn't allow shops to set up - I remember several years ago when Burwood went all prudish and pretty much kicked every shop out of the suburb - David of Newtown fame was a casualty in that purge - as was that other Marrickville shop with all the MILF's.

Yeah Rhodes is a good idea.
But then again, you have Epping which isn't too far.

Problem is the Asian population at Rhodes would be worried about being seen in such an establishment so close to home.

There was a private set up in Rhodes and got shut down. The council, stratas etc don't want it so the first wind they get of it they get booted pretty quickly.
Just across the river is Meadowbank with that new massage shop.

Is it legit or RnT ?

I guess thats always a problem once the news spreads. With such a concentrated and big population there is still some potential I think for some entreprenur. Maybe an outcall service specialising in the area so there isnt that extra cab charge from the city joints

I'd class Chatswood as upper middle class and you'd struggle to walk anywhere there without seeing at least one RNT joint..

Wolli Creek is becoming a smaller scale copy of Rhodes, and already has a RnT up and running.

Eastwood is not far either - East Parade is back in full swing, plus 2 shops in Meadowbank. West Ryde also had 3 x RNT shops.

That will be awesome!
Like a bus map, you might need to do a blow-up/enlarge of the CBD area though.
