You'll find some stunners walking through the major resorts and on the streets between resorts as well ... As always, these can be hit and miss but there were definitely good ones around New York, Monte Carlo (they don't venture to Aria from what I can gather), Paris and at the main bar in Planet Hollywood. There are definitely some high priced ones in the Venetian and at the Wynn however they are quite discreet so don't be afraid to make eye contact. My first few trips I wasn't looking so didn't notice them. I made a decision to have a look around on one of my later trips and they were everywhere! Service can be hit and miss and like always be careful if taking them back to your room - lock passport and cash away etc.

You can find some freelancers also on craigslist and backpage, most of these girls seem to be able to bypass hotel security so just give them your room number and they'll generally find their way up there.

When I got to vegas I always get 2 room keys on checkin.
If you find a girl on the casino floor she may ask you for your room card to get past security in lift areas.
I always give her a card but tell her wrong floor level intentionally.
If forced to take seperate lifts due to security meet on the ill advised floor then take card back and guide to correct room. Security only on the main level, not on the guest floors.

The high end escorts or pornstars are often choosy of which hotel. The favourite now is Aria, and Bellagio, Wynn and Caesars all Ok from my experience. They often refuse to go to lower end hotels even MGM grand.
Agree with freelancers approaching you but nothing compared to Venetian in Macau.

By this I mean that in Vietnam or Thailand they will ask that the girl leaves her ID card at reception etc. Or at 5* hotels in Vietnam they will ask for proof of marriage if the girl is Vietnamese.

Nowhere in Las Vegas will they check the girl, but they will check that you are a guest and not a robber! Of course!!
